Here are your top quarterbacks around Section II, as ranked by their NFL quarterback ratings.

The maximum rating is 158.3, which rewards quarterbacks on a balanced mix of accuracy, yaradge, a high number of touchdown passes and a low number of interceptions, all per pass attempts.
